YCAP is a proven, school-based programme with over 17 years of implementation, equipping high school learners with the skills, mindset, and tools to identify challenges in their communities and design sustainable, impact-driven solutions. Through a structured 10-step journey, learners move from awareness to action, implementing real community projects and presenting their work at a final showcase event.
