My experience of being a Y-CAP Support Team member

Dear Amanda

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for welcoming me to your team. I have learned a lot throughout my first year as a support team member. I have been placed out of my comfort zone and that has contributed to my personal growth as well.

Bearing witness to your passion for the youth and their development has reinforced mine and I feel, even more than before, that my peers (myself included) are not doing enough.

I look forward to working with you in the new year and growing YCAP nationally.
